Composite TPU Seam Sealing Tape consists of two layers: A environmental friendly TPU film and a specially developed Hot Melt Adhesive film. The great advantage of Composite TPU Tape is that it has a Low application temperature and a High processing speed, which can largely improve the seam sealing efficiency comparing to using the ordinary single layer TPU Tapes. Also, it inherits ordinary TPU Tape’s properties such as its excellent low temperature resistance, oil resistance, folding resistance, dry cleaning resistance, washability, wearability and tensile strength. It shows optimum water resistance and adhesive force to all kinds of PU, PVC coating fabrics and its associated products. Benefiting from its low application temperature, it can protect the fabric and avoid scorching the coating during manufacturing. Composite TPU Seam Sealing Tapes are extensively used in seam sealings of premium functional sportswears, shoes, backpacks, tents and various waterproof products.
